  • MONDAY, 1/16/2023 at 4:30PM – Demand Justice for #AnthonyMcClain at the Pasadena City Council Meeting on Zoom https://us02web.zoom.us/j/161482446 – Call in to the Pasadena City Council meeting and demand justice for #KendrecMcDade and demand the City Council fire the police officers who murdered #AnthonyMcClain.   • TUESDAY, 1/17/2023 at 9AM – Press Conference at City Hall Steps 200 N. Spring St. – Black Lives Matter-LA stands with the family of #KeenanAnderson as they share their five demands for justice in his name. Hear from Keenan’s family, including Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors, and hear what commitments city councilmembers like Marqueese Harris-Dawson, Eunisses Hernandez, Hugo Soto-Martinez will take to remove police from traffic stops.

  • TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY 1/17, 1/18 & 1/20/2023 at 10AM – City Council Meeting at 200 N. Spring St. – Uplift the names of the lives stolen by LAPD and amplify the five demands outlined by the family of #KeenanAnderson. We’re also continuing the call for disgraced, racist city councilmember Kevin de Léon Now to resign from council immediately, following his racist remarks in the audio leak scandal. NO RESIGNATIONS, NO BUSINESS AS USUAL!

  • TUESDAY, 1/17/2023 at 6PM – Los Angeles Police Commission Meeting on Zoom at https://lapd.zoom.us/s/289225944 – This week’s police commission is a special meeting focused on LAPD Chief Michel Moore’s five-year re-appointment. Make public comment to demand #NoMoreMoore and say the names #KeenanAnderson, #TakarSmith, #OscarLeonSanchez, and all of the lives stolen by LAPD during Chief Moore’s tenure.
