Officers Who Killed #ChristopherDeAndreMitchell Finally Named

After 11 months of demand, the names of the officers were finally revealed in the report. They are: Matthew Concannon and Anthony Chavez. Both have been involved in shootings before and should be considered armed and dangerous.
